Experience!

IIS is large enough to get the job done for you, and small enough to care about each individual customer. We don’t have the largest marketing budget. Maybe our brochures and web site aren’t as slick as some of our competitors (although that is a matter of opinion…)

What we do have is experience. IIS has been doing integrated workflow and BPM since 1993. In this business, that is a lifetime (maybe a couple of lifetimes). And we have a 98% customer retention rate. That alone should speak for itself.
