We can provide basic scan/capture functionality or advanced OCR (Optical Character Recognition) capture that reads, extracts and validates data from your vendor invoices. Because these leading software vendors price their solutions on volume of document images, type of data extracted and locations where capture occurs, the components and services to implement capture are priced separately from All-in-One.
