All-in-One for AP is derived from real-world expertise developed by IIS consultants from their years of implementation experience with SAP. The package includes all that is required: DocuSphere process management and integration software, project implementation services and unlimited user access.
Designed for the Business User
DocuSphere interacts deeply with SAP without requiring expensive SAP workflow skills in-house to implement and maintain workflows, and provides advanced accounts payable functionality for SAP:
- Seamless integration with SAP accounts payable – SAP FI and MM
- Advanced OCR – “template free” extraction of invoice header, footer and line-item data
- AutoMatching(*) of purchase order invoices and delivery note invoices
- Clean and simple way to route non-PO invoices for approval and coding
- Capable of handling standard and customized SAP document types
- All transactions are simulated in SAP to validate success before actual posting, with exact SAP error message returned for resolution when necessary
(*) AutoMatching – invoice details, including line-item data is extracted from invoices via advanced capture and automatically matched with purchase orders and goods and services receipts. If items successfully match within tolerances as defined by the SAP system, the match transaction is simulated in SAP prior to being posted. Should an issue exist, the exact SAP error message is returned for exception resolution within DocuSphere. Successful transactions are posted to SAP to be paid. If automatching is not performed successfully on the first try, DocuSphere can continue to monitor the SAP goods and services receipts and further attempt to automatch until you decide it should be pushed to an exception queue based on your defined configuration parameters.

Invoice volumes and capture requirements vary from company to company. We can provide basic scan/capture functionality or advanced optical character recognition (OCR) capture that reads, extracts and validates data from your vendor invoices.
Because these leading software vendors price their solutions on volume of document images, type of data extracted and locations where captures occur, the components and services to implement capture are priced separately from All-in-One.
