DocuSphere Users Conference

We asked. You answered. We listened.  Thank you to all of our customers who took part in our survey about our user’s conference.  We asked a lot of questions about timing, venue, content, sessions, and classes.  We received some terrific feedback and will incorporate as much of it as we can.

One of the survey questions asked when you wanted to have our conference.  Traditionally this has been in the fall.  Your responses listed that as your last choice.  Consequently, we are moving our conference to late spring (second choice).  Oddly enough, the first choice was winter, and the preferred choice for venue was near our office in Northwest Ohio.  While we love our Ohio winters, they can be a challenge when it comes to making travel plans, as most of you will have to do.

We also found that as a remnant of last year’s lagging economy, many of you didn’t have a travel budget for this year.  That in conjunction with the move to late spring seems to work well.  The delay allows everyone to budget for the travel.

We have the week of June 10-15, 2012 scheduled for the conference.  It will be at the Hilton Garden Inn in Perrysburg at Levis Commons once again.  This is a great venue and everyone seems to enjoy it.

We are just now working on our schedule so we haven’t determined which days will be training and which will be general sessions just yet.  As soon as we know we will pass the word on.

We have been very busy since our last conference.  We have spent more time and money on new software development so far this year than in any previous year in our history.  We are committed to providing the best Accounts Payable Automation solution available, in addition to our general workflow and content management offerings.  We have enhanced our JD Edwards solutions, and have a couple of other surprises up our sleeves.  Watch for major announcements before Oracle’s OpenWorld in San Francisco this year.

One of the newer developments you will want to hear about and see are our Mobile Accounts Payable interfaces, which allow you to interact with our workflow application via mobile devices such as iPads, iPhones, Androids, and more.

Mark the dates on your calendar.  It’s an event you won’t want to miss. We are all looking forward to seeing you in June of 2012!
