AnyDoc will talk about and demonstrate capturing header, footer, and line item information from unstructured Accounts Payable invoices and then releasing that information into DocuSphere for processing.

We will discuss and demonstrate our AutoMatch modules for JDE A/P. These powerful modules allow you to take the information captured at scan time from the vendor invoices and automatically match them to the appropriate purchase orders and receipts in the system without human intervention except in the cases of exception handling. Once matched, if they are within acceptable tolerances, they are automatically pushed to JDE for voucher creation. This is a must-see presentation if you use purchase order processing in JDE and you aren't using these modules!

Confronted with severe bottlenecks and paper handling inefficiencies in processing hundreds of thousands of vendor invoices annually, FirstGroup America automated their AP processes with products for workflow and imaging, scanned image and OCR data capture, and full integration with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne. FirstGroup AP management will discuss why and how this was done, the new AP processes that resulted, and the cost, time and management control benefits FGA now enjoys. Attendees will also learn how AP success and positive user acceptance across the organization has lead to the utilization of these same products to automate business processes beyond AP, in billing, finance and more.
