Brad will welcome everyone to the conference and provide some insight into where we have been and where we are going at Image Integration Systems. This presentation generally includes a look at some things to come in the DocuSphere product line.

We have been busy adding new functionality and improving DocuSphere. It has been a busy year on the development side of things. This is your chance to see those improvements!

Now that you have seen what is in DSWf V4, we will tell you what you need to think about and plan for if you want to upgrade.

Lunch will be provided in our Information Cafe where we will have an IIS support person available to answer your questions through the conference. The sponsoring vendors will also have tables in the Cafe and will be available periodically.

Tom will be talking about the future automation in Accounts Payable.

Tom is the President and CEO of IAPP/IARP/TAWPI. Tom Bohn joined International Accounts Payable Professionals in 2008 with more than 16 years of local, national, and international association experience. Under his direction, the organization formed International Accounts Receivable Professionals and merged with The Association for Work Process Improvement to create an umbrella organization for financial services professionals. Bohn formerly served as vice president of relationship management and as senior vice president of educational programs and operations for The Institute of Internal Auditors. At the Central Florida YMCA, a 150,000-member wellness organization, he served as vice president of marketing and membership. He has a master’s in business administration from the University of Central Florida.

We will talk about ways to make DocuSphere and SharePoint interact and discuss/demonstrate some of the things you can do using both products in the same environment.

This presentation will show you how to make use of Kofax Capture to acquire documents and release them to MS SharePoint, along with a sampling of how these technologies can be tied together to enhance your DocuSphere solution.

Fujitsu will show off some of their newest scanners and talk about new products. There will also be a demonstration of the new DocuSphere desktop scanning using a local USB attached Fujitsu scanner to insert documents directly into DocuSphere Workflow and/or Content Manager.

After dinner we will have a Monte Carlo night for everyone, regardless of experience. No real money will be used. There will be lots of fun and prizes! Expect Black Jack, Texas Hold'em, Roulette, Craps and music.
