PERRYSBURG, Ohio – February 2, 2009 – Image Integration Systems (IIS), a leading workflow and document management solutions provider for business process management in high-volume transaction environments, announced its DocuSphere® software suite will provide an integrated workflow and document management solution to improve transactional business processes at FirstGroup America, Inc.
FirstGroup, the leading bus transportation services organization in North America, will implement the DocuSphere software in the Accounting Department at their Cincinnati, Ohio headquarters, and throughout their four operating divisions nationwide. The company operates and manages over 75,000 school buses, Greyhound Lines and other bus systems, and employs over 98,000 people. Initial DocuSphere applications will focus on improving key transactional business processes in Accounts Payable.
The IIS solution for FirstGroup includes DocuSphere Workflow, DocuSphere Auto Voucher and DocuSphere Content Manager. The DocuSphere JDE Integration module will be implemented to provide seamless interaction with FirstGroup’s ERP system, JD Edwards EnterpriseOne from Oracle. IIS will also implement AnyDoc OCR for Invoices® from AnyDoc Software, Inc. for advanced OCR capture and data extraction from scanned documents.
