Image Integration Systems: profitable in 2008, optimistic about 2009

Since 1993, IIS has serviced top-notch customers and created industry-leading products to bring you the best in Business Process Management software. Our integrated solutions have enabled IIS to help customers optimize their business processes and realize significant benefits.

While it is no secret that our economy, and that of the world, is under increasing pressure, we wanted to let you know that IIS finished 2008 in a profitable financial position, is in a strong cash position with no debt, and has started 2009 with some major new customers and an excellent pipeline of future business. Our performance is due in large part to the vision of you, our customers, who have seen the continuing value of investing in our DocuSphere solutions.

In light of the current economic climate, we’ll also continue to “hold the line” on our software maintenance fees and our professional service rates, as we have for the last several years; neither will be increased in 2009.

And we also want you to know we have exciting plans for DocuSphere in 2009. As the year rolls on, you will see a new, updated version of DocuSphere Workflow, additional connectivity to other vendor’s content repositories and a rich reporting module amongst other functional enhancements and improved product ease-of-use. Many of these improvements are at your request as we remain focused on meeting your needs and keeping DocuSphere current with industry innovations.

This is in addition to the new version of DocuSphere Content Manager (DSCM) we released last year. DSCM was rewritten from the ground up to be entirely thin-client based with many new features. This new version is available at no additional charge to all customers current on maintenance.

In order to make sure you are well positioned to take advantage of the exciting new enhancements to DocuSphere this year, if you haven’t already renewed your annual maintenance, you should do so now.
