Registration is open! The 2010 IIS Users Conference - How Work Flows will be held October 18 - 22 once again at the Hilton Garden Inn at Levis Commons Perrysburg, OH. As always, the general sessions, conference meals, and entertainment are at no charge to all of our customers.
Once again, this conference will be a "don't miss" event. You will get a chance to see a lot of the great new functionality in DocuSphere, including:
- • DocuSphere Reporting
- • DocuSphere AutoMatch for JDE A/P
- • MS SharePoint integration
- • Repository integration with many other popular content repositories
- • Zero Foot-Print Viewer
- • DocuSphere Portal
- • and much more!
You will also want to check-out the DocuSphere Reporting class that will be held on Wednesday. This session is intended for anyone who might want to create reports using the DocuSphere Reporting tool. It will cover the DocuSphere database and how to get meaningful reports from it. This is an end-user tool with no programming skills required to make powerful reports and graphs.
As a guest speaker this year, we will have Tom Bohn, President and CEO of IAPP to discuss "The Future of AP Automation". Tom's presentation will count as credit towards a CAPP/CAPA recertification.
Please keep an eye out on our web site as we will be adding much more information over the next few weeks about the classes and sessions. We highly recommend registering as soon as possible, and also to make your hotel reservations as soon as you have registered. The hotel that hosts our conference has become a very popular site and consequently books up fast. Please see the hotel link above for accommodations.
Attendees are responsible for their own travel and living expenses during the conference. While there is no charge for the conference, there is a small charge associated with the training classes.
Rooms are being held at the Hilton Garden Inn at a special rate of $99.00 per night plus tax. For more information and to make your reservation, please visit our housing information page at the following link: Housing Information. You must make your reservation by October 1, 2010 to get this preferred rate AND to ensure you will have a room at the conference hotel. The room block will be released after this date. This hotel has become very popular and will book up fast; it is recommended that you make your reservations early.
We'll see you at the conference!
