Image Integration Systems: Profitable in 2009, again…
In spite of the ugly economy last year IIS once again managed to be profitable and is looking forward to an outstanding 2010. Our success, even in a difficult economy, is in part due to the continued vision of you, our customers, who have seen the continuing value of investing in our DocuSphere solutions.
We have been working hard to find ways to continue to lower the total cost of our solutions in order to provide you more value. Our All-in-One for AP product is a perfect example where we have bundled all the services and IIS software that you need into one reasonably priced package, sized to fit your business. No project surprises and no added IIS software licenses needed as you add users and functionality.
Speaking of functionality, not only are we holding the line on prices, but we also offer far more flexibility and functionality than some of our competitors when it comes to improving your Accounts Payable process and moving process improvement beyond Accounts Payable. We do much more than A/P. That just happens to be a place where most customers start with our applications because there are usually easy gains to be made (and a quick payback) by automating your A/P process.
We have also been working hard to add more functionality to our applications. We have recently released V4 of DocuSphere Workflow (DSWf), with many major improvements over the previous version, including an all new reporting tool. DSWf V4 is available at no extra charge to all existing V3 customers who are current on their maintenance. If you aren’t current, you should speak to your account rep soon to fix that. We have added a significant amount of value to this product for our existing customers and you don’t want to miss out on any of it.
