Starting in February, 2008 we are hosting a series of webinars that illustrates how IIS expertise with JD Edwards and our DocuSphere products for workflow, imaging and JDE integration have solved customers’ business process problems and returned significant benefits. The results are new and improved processes that:

• have greater visibility and improved management control,
• are faster, and less paper and people intensive
• reduce costs and increase revenue.

Our objective in these solutions sessions is to show you how we have improved a variety of our customers’ business processes through automation with DocuSphere. What you see may not be exactly your situation, but you’ll be able to envision the application of similar DocuSphere solutions to improve your business processes. You’ll see how DocuSphere workflow, with many modules designed specifically for JDE, makes the entire process visible, gives business experts point-and-click capabilities from anywhere they have internet access; minimizes manual entry; and allows focus on problems and exceptions, not the routine transactions.
Most of the webinars will address process improvement opportunities common to all JDE users, such as automating Accounts Payable, and, managing the access and retrieval of essential business documents (document management).
In others, we’ll also address issues that are most common in specific industries, such as service billing in construction, and, the assembly of comprehensive packages of customer order documents often required for manufacturing and fabrication companies. Even though our examples are industry specific, variations on these solutions can benefit most businesses, including yours. We encourage you to attend all the sessions.
