Welcome to the support site for Image Integration Systems. Once logged on, you will find product manuals, traning information, customer downloads, and our on-line case tracking system.

If you are an existing customer and would like to initiate a support ticket, you may do so via our on-line system, by sending an email to support@docusphere.com or by calling +1 419-872-1930 and pressing 1 for support.

All support tickets, regardless of source, will be entered and tracked via our confidential on-line case tracking system, where you will be able to track progress and comment on your open issues.

Kofax Capture 8 - What does it mean to you?

Kofax Capture 8 is now available. In addition to new features, Kofax has renamed the product from Kofax Ascent Capture to Kofax Capture. Also, new pricing has been put into effect. Kofax Capture is switching from a monthly page volume license to an annual page volume.

In order to help our customers make sense of the details, IIS has scheduled a set of webinars. If you have not been able to attend one of our Webinars, you may register and view a previously recorded Webinar from the support area of our website. The support area does require a login, if you need one, please fill out the account request form access the support site and register for the event. These webinars are only available for existing IIS customers.
